The driver was stopping at random points and picking people who didn't even book, and the time it took was an extra 3 hours to reach the destination. Very bad experience.

No opening/place to keep your footwear - they need to be on the pathway which is bad. Rest stop hygiene was below average. Nice driving and punctuality, staff were okay.
