VT Bus Bus Booking

Terrible punctuality, I incurred loss because of their lack of responsibility.

Very good bus, a little uncomfortable compared to but still very good.

Everything is good.

Bus operator did not pick up the call and I faced that our bus departure time was 9:30 pm but our bus departed at 10:30. This is totally wrong with the customer so please next time try to keep the departure time the same as mentioned on the tickets. Thank you so much. Otherwise all facilities were okay.

1) Bus delay, not informed to customer that it is delayed, customer self calling and asking when the bus will come. 2) Change of bus without informing the customer, they are telling the customer of the bus change after reaching the bus stand. 3) Providing 250ml water bottle in bus once only, not providing another bottle for drinking on the travel of 10 hours. Is this fine? 4) Turning the A.C off continuously without asking the customer. We book an A.C bus because of A.C comfort, but the driver is continuously turning off the A.C without asking the customers.

Don't travel with bus worst experience of my life. bus was late by 3hrs. Later came to know they done intentionally to accommodate 10pm, 10.30 pm, 11pm timing buses in same bus which is truly cheating.

Wrost.

Awesome service.

Never ever book.

No timing fix and location with proper timing issue, cleaning staff behavior, etc.
