Staff behaviour is very rude like they don't prefer online booking passengers. Whole route they are picking and dropping passanger it's a complete local type bus. Many passengers are standing in the passage due to non availability of seat. This bus is not suitable for sound and safe journey.

There should be one hook at the back of the seat to hang, secondly hygiene can be more better water bottle stand is not proper functioning these are the few things which can be improved rest is fine.

It was the worst ride ever. Even the conductor was so rude. There was nothing as such; he was constantly complaining that because you have booked an online seat, go and complain to the online department. I don't know if these people are not prepared. Why are they even giving up the buses or whatever it is for these online apps. Right. It's not a fault. We are coming from one place to a new place for travelling, and this is the terrible experience that we had. They even overloaded the bus with so many more passengers, and he was rude in replying to everything. Hold on, he was very cunning and even.

Ac was not switching by the driver even after telling him. You should remove this bus from your booking site so no passenger should suffer in future. I have wasted my money by travelling in this bus. I should get my money back for suffering while travelling in this bus.

The bus was fully crowded with people standing like a local bus, it was overcrowded. It was stopping every 2 km for passengers to board and get down. It reached Ranchi 50 minutes late due to local standing passengers boarding.
