Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the inconvenience caused during my recent journey in your sleeper bus. I had booked a Sleeper AC bus, expecting the facilities and comfort promised at the time of booking. However, during the journey, the AC was not working properly, which caused significant discomfort and inconvenience throughout the trip. I paid the fare specifically for an AC sleeper service, but the promised facility was not provided. Therefore, I request you to kindly refund the appropriate amount of my ticket fare as compensation for the inconvenience and failure to provide the service for which I paid. I request you to look into this matter seriously and process the refund at the earliest. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.

Everything was ok but sound of AC near 3rd seat from start was too loud, I slept for only 2 hours on this entire journey.

Bus was delayed by 1 hour to pickup point and then bus is not maintained. Bus failed near Shikarpur no arrangement for replacement. We waited for 5 hours just to get another bus.

The bus broke down midway through the journey, and the travel company failed to make any alternative travel arrangements. This was extremely disappointing and caused significant inconvenience to all passengers. There were also single female passengers traveling on the bus who were expecting assistance and support from the travel company. Unfortunately, there was no proper response or timely help provided. Should take such incidents seriously and ensure that passengers are provided with immediate assistance and alternative arrangements in situations like this. Very poor service and customer support.
