The seat was totally wet from the water. The rain was pouring in the bus. I complained, but they didn’t respond.

"The driver was under the influence of alcohol and was unable to drive the bus properly. He put his own life as well as the lives of all the passengers at risk. Moreover, some people traveling on the highway assaulted him because he was driving the bus recklessly and improperly."

Driver and cleaner please very loud songs in cabin. It was so disturbing and disgusting many of the passengers didn't sleep because of this hurdle. Other facilities are nice.

The linens were so dirty and I suppose hardly cleaned. I wasn't able to sleep seeing those spots on the mattress liners and the curtains, and there was a weird sound during the whole journey coming from the AC unit.

Driver is so cooperative. I forgot my spectacle in the bus. He dropped it at Swargate and I picked it up later. Thanks.
