They were supposed to come for pick up at 9.30 but came at 10.10 pm. I raised a complaint with customer care. There was no tracking system. Once it reached, no one was there except me and the driver. The bus was fully empty, looked horrible, stinky and dusty. I could not travel and got down at 11.30 at Kilambakkam, took another bus and travelled to my destination. I have been using this app for more than 10 years and never had this type of worst experience.

I am dropping Udangudi bus stop Tiruchendur very bad experience Pon Velan did not book tickets, 1 hr late bus drop.

No live tracking, no punctuality. I booked bus at 12.05 am but bus would come at 1.40 am. I waited 2 hours along with my wife and 4 years kid. Contact person number also not working. Good job, keep it up.

The bus journey was comfortable and convenient. The driver followed traffic rules and drove safely. The bus was clean and seats were comfortable. The trip reached the destination on time. Overall, it was a good travel experience.
