Boarding point I selected Elayankudi but the operator asked to come either Karaikudi or Sivaganga. If you are unable to come to Elayankudi, why are you collecting the tickets from Elayankudi? While dropping also same case; they dropped the bus at Sivaganga itself but I booked the ticket for Elayankudi. Very worst experience...
