The seat covers were extremely dirty and emitted a foul smell throughout the journey. The bus was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sit. The windows were entirely jammed, damaged, and would not open. Because this was a non-AC bus, we were forced to travel completely suffocated with closed windows.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a bus scheduled to depart at 7:50 PM from Koyambedu and reached the boarding point on time. However, the bus left without picking me up. The operator did not call me beforehand to confirm my location or provide clear instructions about the exact boarding point. When I reached the boarding point, I called the contact number provided in my booking confirmation several times, but no one answered. At 7:58 PM, I finally received a call from a different number, and they informed me that the bus had already reached Velachery. They had left without picking me up and without making any effort to contact me beforehand. Because of their poor coordination and lack of communication, I missed the bus I had booked and had to spend extra money to book another bus from Koyambedu. This caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I expect better communication and customer service to ensure that passengers are not left behind like this.
