I booked a single seater (non-sleeper) seat, but after boarding the bus, the conductor informed me that the originally scheduled bus had developed a problem and that another bus was being used instead. As a result, I was asked to sit on a double seat instead of the single seat I had booked. When I objected, the handyman behaved rudely and misbehaved with me. After a heated argument, they finally allotted me a single sleeper berth (second last), which was not what I had paid for. To make matters worse, when the bus was about 30 km away from Khanapara, it suddenly stopped. The handyman then announced that the bus had developed another problem and that all passengers would have to shift to a day super bus that had been arranged. Overall, it was a completely disappointing and frustrating journey. Poor management, lack of accountability, and rude staff made this one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had.
