My boarding point was Jorhat Isbt, but the bus did not stop there, causing me inconvenience. Kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action. I had to pay extra auto fare to reach home. Thank you.

Don't book this bus, the staff behaviour is very bad. You have other good options, just don't in this bus. Don't risk your journey.

Don't book this bus anymore by looking at the old reviews, the new staff behaviour is very bad, if you have any self respect in you don't book. Also they don't stop at the dedicated pick up spot and are always 30-40 mins late.

Never travel your bus. Very bad management. Behaviour not like your staff. Midnight I have own arrangements during my journey. If your bus has technical issues then why are you starting the bus. Passenger harassment only.

Considering the ticket price, the bus was not comfortable, and the overall infrastructure was disappointing. Since it was a non-AC bus, there was also a constant rattling and creaking noise, which made the journey even more uncomfortable.

Toilet was ladies toilet, very old concept. The window view was just frustrating. I came from Nazira to Guwahati and believe me I took window seat to look at the natural view, but I could not see due to the iron frame of the window. It meant the glass was lower to my eyesight. Also, the vinyl sheet on the glass was an obstruction. In a few buses, owners did not realize that the names on the glass was a great disturbance for the passengers. When I asked the staff to kindly stop the bus somewhere as I could not go to the toilet because it was not convenient for me, he told me they had no option as the toilet was inside. For me, it was worst.
