The journey was not very comfortable. The sleeper berth length is inadequate for passengers taller than 5'9", making it difficult to rest properly. Additionally, no snacks were provided despite being mentioned, and the overall hygiene standards were unsatisfactory.

The bus was carrying various goods such as fish, mangoes, soybeans, and other items. The bus was stopped multiple times along the way for unloading these goods, which caused significant inconvenience to the passengers. As a result, we reached our destination about 3 hours late. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
