I travelled from Gorakhpur to Kanpur, and I want to share my feedback and complaint regarding the pathetic experience.Incorrect Drop Location: My designated drop location was Tatmil, but instead of taking me there, they dropped me off at a completely different place, claiming that the bus would not go to Tatmil Chauraha, Kanpur. Even after repeatedly asking them to take us to the correct location, they refused and forced us to get down. I will be filing a police complaint against the booking application and the operator for this unprofessional behavior.Unauthorized Rest Stop: The rest stop mentioned on the application was completely ignored, and they stopped at some random place instead. Furthermore, the stop was supposed to be for 30 minutes, but the bus started moving again within just 10 minutes.Filthy Toilets: The toilet on the bus was extremely dirty unimaginably filthy.Broken AC: The AC was not working or cooling at all, and its controls and vents were broken.Live Tracking Disabled: They intentionally turned off live tracking so that no proof of these shady actions would remain.This is the first time I have ever traveled in such a terrible, ill-managed bus, and that too with my wife and a 6-month-old baby. The staff's attitude was basically, "Get down wherever we tell you; if you want to travel, adjust or leave." What is this nonsense.Please take strict action against the driver and the operator, and let me know. I am waiting for your response.

Bus condition is pathetic. No pillow and proper bed sheet are provided. The provided blanket is also directly on the seats.

It's 7 am and I am still in the bus, and it has not moved for the last 1 hr. Please don't travel with this bus as they are not registered as a travel company, causing RTO interventions and delays in reaching the destination.
