I would like to share feedback regarding my recent bus journey. I was unable to sleep comfortably because the lights were not switched off, especially the seat number indication light during the night. For passengers on the upper berth, the lights were directly hitting the face, making it very difficult to rest. I request you to kindly ensure that lights are dimmed or turned off at appropriate times during night travel, especially considering the comfort of passengers in upper berths. Proper lighting management would greatly improve the travel experience.

Staff can converse in a polite way. Double seat air conditioner is not functioning up to the capacity to cool couple or passengers. Try to improve that.
