Guys, never book this bus! After booking, I found out it wasn't actually a Namaste bus. The staff was completely unhelpful and unsupportive. They didn't drop us off at the promised location on time—instead, they dropped us off at a completely different place and forced us to transfer to another bus.

I travelled very comfortably. Everything was well cleaned and there were sufficient stops too. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Instead of the bus, another bus arrived, and it dropped me off in Jammu instead of Katra, even though platform had charged the fare for the journey all the way to Katra. To make matters worse, my SIM card stopped working after reaching Jammu, so I could not even file a complaint. Please do not book this bus.

Charging point was off for the full trip, no water facility, did not send pick-up point location and bus number, behaviour issue and other issues.
