The seats were comfortable; however, the ladder provided for the sleeper berth is poorly designed and occupies too much space. This makes it difficult for passengers to get in and out of their berths comfortably. The narrow passage also creates a safety concern, as it can obstruct movement during an emergency. The ladder should be redesigned or repositioned to provide sufficient walking space and improve passenger safety. The bus was not punctual and did not adhere to the scheduled departure and arrival times. Delays without proper updates cause inconvenience and affect passengers' travel plans. Please ensure that the bus follows the published schedule as closely as possible and notify passengers promptly if there are unavoidable delays. The rest stop selected during the journey was not hygienic, and the food outlet charged unreasonably high prices for tea and snacks. The quality of food and cleanliness did not justify the cost. It would be better to stop at clean, well-maintained dhabas or restaurants that offer hygienic food, clean washrooms, and reasonably priced refreshments. Additionally, the cleanliness inside the bus should be maintained throughout the journey. Regular checks on the condition of the bus, proper maintenance of onboard facilities, and courteous staff behavior would further improve the overall travel experience. I hope these suggestions are taken positively and implemented to provide passengers with a safer, more comfortable, and more reliable journey in the future.
