Very bad. Please don't book this bus. I already booked this bus online, but the bus driver did not pick me up from my starting point or provide any contact number of the bus driver and bus staff. Also, the office staff of Pratibha Bus Service did not clear my doubts.

The very first thing is that I was at the bus stop in the morning before the time of the bus, but the bus didn't arrive. I waited for 2 hours; the bus was not at the place.

There was no proper seating arrangement or guidance available for travelers. Since both online and local passengers use the service, this led to inconvenience and discomfort during the journey.
