The bus took more time than the usual duration on this route and was even running late on that. The food at the restaurant stop was very bad; you couldn't chew the chapatis.

Boarding point facility can be improved. People have to wait more than 30 minutes in the sun even after bus departure time. It's ok if we reached too early. Rest stop hygiene should be improved. This was worst and not comfortable at all. Rest bus staff behaviour and seat comfort was good.
