Overall experience was good. Bus was good. The bus reached 1 hr before at the dropping point. I had also travelled in Volvo (Raj Ratan Travel). Compared to that, this bus (Bharat Benz) has less jerking. Maybe the AC was not as good. Otherwise, it was clean, seat was good and comfortable. Only problem was the pickup point and rest stop was not hygienic. The staff were well behaved. They also provided water. Great experience.

Little bit comfort was needed in single sleeper, there were some jerks in the bus.
