I want to say everyone to not go in this bus. Only bus and AC was run only. No toilet, wifi, blanket are available in this bus. For ladies I'm strictly not recommended this bus service.

Very poor service this bus. Most charging supply is not good and behaviour is very poor.

Seats was not clean, so dirty. Suspension is very bad, no hygiene maintained. When they stop the bus, they switch off the AC and the passenger is sleeping. This is not good customer care.

Most of the bus was filled with offline passengers. They adjusted 4 in 2 seats and 2 passengers in 1 seat. The bus timings are too late; 7 pm is written but it came at 8:20, so the bus is too late. The estimated time of drop point was 4:45, but it dropped me at 6:45. The bus was late. Hygiene in the bus was also bad.

Modify the live tracking system. That was the only thing which irritated me the most. Otherwise, staff were very helpful.

The service was very poor. The agent’s way of talking was extremely rude and unprofessional. The pickup location shared was different from the actual bus location, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The driver’s service was also very bad. We were not informed properly at the drop location either. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to use this service.
