Unacceptable experience – highly disappointed. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided on this journey. My experience was substandard from start to finish due to complete negligence and poor management: hygiene & cleanliness issues: I was assigned seat/berth LB13, which was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, I was provided with a used blanket, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Severe delays & unexplained stops: the service started 30 minutes late. Adding to the frustration, the bus made an unscheduled 1-hour stop at a roadside motel for no apparent reason, wasting passengers' valuable time without any explanation or update. This level of service shows a total disregard for basic cleanliness, professionalism, and passengers' time. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this operator until they drastically improve their hygiene standards and operational efficiency.

Bus was late for 45 mins in reaching Chennai.

The management seemed to care only about money, with absolutely no concern for customer service or passenger safety. My boarding point was Porur Toll at 10:30 PM. I reached the boarding point by 10:00 PM, but the bus arrived and waited for around 30 minutes just to pick up another passenger. However, when it came to providing basic facilities for passengers, the service was completely unacceptable. At around 3:00 AM, the bus stopped at a rest area. I got down to use the washroom, but when I returned, the bus had already left without me. Nobody called me, checked whether I was back, or even verified whether I was in my seat before leaving. How could a travel operator leave a passenger stranded in the middle of the night without even making a phone call. The staff showed no responsibility or concern for passengers. Waiting 30 minutes to pick up a passenger but not even 10 minutes to allow passengers to use the washroom properly showed how poorly this service was managed. I trusted this travels to reach my destination safely, but instead, I was left stranded in the middle of the night. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about passenger safety. I strongly recommended that the management improve its customer service, train its staff to handle passengers responsibly, and ensure that every passenger was accounted for before the bus left any stop. Think twice before booking with this travels. Disappointing and irresponsible service.

The rest stops should be more hygienic, and this needs to be improved. Otherwise, it was a very good travel experience, and the bus was also neat and clean.
