I found the bus to be unhygienic and the restroom was particularly bad. The staff were rude, and the rest stop experience was terrible, unhygienic, and terrible.

I found the cleanliness and hygiene need improvement. The bus stopped in Kilambakkam for a duration. The seats had old bed sheets, and the staff's behavior was okay. The live tracking was good, but the punctuality was not satisfactory.

I found the trip very poor with significant delays, as the bus stopped in Coimbatore for two hours before leaving only when full. The cleanliness was average, staff behaviour was poor, and the rest stop experience was bad. Overall, I would not recommend this service.

This is a temporary trip planned with a very old non-maintained bus, and they started two hours delayed from origin to fill the seats.
