1. Ac is not effective. 2. There is no urinal; it should be provided hence for a long-distance bus. 3. When the bus stops for breakfast, lunch, or fresh air, the conductor does not call.

The seat quality, AC and bus quality was rubbish. The bus was not suitable for a 35 hours journey. Please do not travel by this bus. Strong bad smell was inside the bus and there was no air freshener even after request. After travelling, I, my wife and my son became sick. The most faltu service ever I have seen.

My dropping point was Guntur RTC Bus Stand, but the bus driver dropped me on the bypass outside the city at around 5:00 AM. It was raining, and I had no safe place to wait or any transport to reach the bus stand. This caused me a lot of inconvenience. If this is the kind of service your company provides, how can we trust and use your booking service again? This was a very disappointing experience. I request you to take this complaint seriously and ensure that passengers are dropped at their booked destination in the future.

Nothing to explain too worst journey I never experienced yet in my life
