Very disappointing experience due to the rude behaviour of the driver. I requested to be dropped around 1 km after the actual dropping point, as private buses usually accommodate such requests when traffic and safety are not concerns. Despite very low traffic, the driver responded harshly and refused the request. Staff should treat passengers with basic courtesy and respect.
