The driver took wrong routes that delayed the travel for 2 hours. He kept rounding the same place twice. The dropping time was 5 and I got down at 7. It was so frustrating.

Late pickup and late drop. Berth is not cleaned properly. Already someone’s food items spilled in the berth. I have never seen this type in my travel experiences.

The bus is not proper. It is full of broken parts, no sockets nearby for plugging in, and the main door of the bus was not closing fully. Waste of money. The passengers were getting cold air due to no proper window to close. Simply waste. Don't even dare to try it. The SETC is far better than this.

Boarding point issue. If the given boarding has issues, please remove it from the list. We were not boarded from the point I had booked.
