Passengers can easily book tickets for the Humsafar Express through the online reservation system. Here is the step-wise booking process:

• Step 1: On the redBus website or app, click on the “Train Tickets” for train ticket bookings through redRail. You can also download the redRail app.
• Step 2: Provide boarding and destination stations, travel date, and pick the Humsafar Express from the available train list.
• Step 3: Select the preferred class (usually AC 3-tier) and review seat availability before proceeding.
• Step 4: Fill in details such as name, age, gender, and identity proof for passengers. Submit identity proof and enter the OTP to verify the mobile number. During booking, you also have to enter the IRCTC username.
• Step 5: Complete the payment using a debit card, a credit card, or a digital wallet. After successful payment, your e-ticket will be issued.
