Zero in punctuality. Time management and commitment is a disaster. Driver's behavior is completely pathetic as I objected to his irresponsibility towards the timing he committed on their app. He wasted 1 hour 20 minutes just to move out of the point of origin. His behaviour made me deboard the bus midway.

Even though the toilet room is available, the passengers are unable to use the toilet. This is the only problem I face, but the rest is good.

pathetic experience. in the name of punctuality this bus is worse. the timing to drop at Nagaon was 10.45 am but it dropped me at 12.40 pm. The bus was started late and also halted for 30 min two times.

Bus was good comfortable, left Diphu on time. It has toilet, but locked. Overall clean bus. Speed was reasonable, not too fast and risky, nor too slow.

Overall it is good. But they lost my bag and gave it to the other passenger (maybe a mistake). They should have been much more careful. It was difficult to track the passenger and they did not find my bag.
