Even though the weather was cold, the AC was running at a very low temperature causing discomfort. Secondly, the charging points provided in the bus were not working or switched off, so phones could not be charged.

Despite running after the bus for about six kilometers and speaking to the conductor on the phone six times, they left me behind. The conductor said, We have already moved on; you should come using some other mode of transport.

The driver started arguing with me very aggressively. He got out of the bus and came towards me, shouting and behaving as if he was going to attack me.

The worst thing was that we were not able to cancel our ride and also unable to get the refund. In case of any serious problem, someone could be late or was not able to reach on time and would miss the bus. It should provide a change bus option too. It should also refund back in case of any problem and provide a facility for changing the bus at the last moment.
