I Booked ticket through platform seat-4 but when I reached the counter for Reporting ticket, the ticket was already issued to other person and he was provided me single front seat. After that I was sitting there, one women came asked me to leave the seat, she told me that she booked the front seat from the conductor. I don't know for what purpose of facilitating counter and online booking.

Car was hugely late. I was not able to join my office on time, so I suffered a huge loss. Also, my booked seat was not provided.
